Bidfood poor service Bloemfontein
Called to find out what time their sales desk is closing and was told at 16h00. I arrived at 15h45 just to be advised that they have already closed. I drove from the south of Bloemfontein to where they are situated in the north. I told them that I called to make sure about the closing time but they refused to help me.

29 Sept 2025, 12:45Bidfood Bloemfontein called to apologize and stated that I can come in at any time convenient to me. The ladies name is Jasmine. I now have to drive across Bloemfontein and spend all the cost and time to get there. I don't think this is a good solution. The excuse she gave was that a new employee told me that they were closed and didn't know that they were still open. Jasmine herself told me that they couldn't help me?
