Poor service
Went for lunch and ordered an alcohol free beer which they didn't stock. I offered to go buy a beer at the liquor store next door but they refused. There was no air conditioning and lots of flies around. The waiter said that he would call the manager but he didn't show. The pizza was mediocre and no real taste.

Bidfood poor service Bloemfontein
Called to find out what time their sales desk is closing and was told at 16h00. I arrived at 15h45 just to be advised that they have already closed. I drove from the south of Bloemfontein to where they are situated in the north. I told them that I called to make sure about the closing time but they refused to help me.

Poor service
Being batteling to get Information about my accounts. I have been referred from one person to another and after various pbone calls I still can not get the information I need. They promissed on several occasions that they would return my call which never happened.

The perfect corner guesthouse Bethlehem
Worst expierience of my 34 year career as medical rep. Door to room wont lock, sent personell no luck. Phoned owner who just said it is Bethlehem not Bloemfontein and that they dont have acces to a locksmith. Could not go out for dinner!

Dr Spies and partners Bloemfontein incorrect diagnosis
Went for a MRI scan on my shoulder. The result from them was that there was a cancerous growt in the bone from my upper arm and that the cancer had spread to my prostate!! Death sentence!! After a lot of blood tests and surgery to the shoulder and a biopsy of the growth, which took 9 days all the results were negative?Iwas billed a co payment of R3720 which I discussed with them that I dont think is fair for a wrong diagnosis they still insit on payment. My family and I went throug heavy trauma!!!
