We cancelled the income protector policy at the end of February given the required 1 month notice. Since then Bidlife have deducted NOT ONE BUT TWO premiums (April and May). The policy was cancelled not only because it took FOUR months for them to actually look at the claim that was lodged in DECEMBER 2024, but also due to their failure to make payment in lieu of the policy (an exclusion that was not noted on the latest policy document that was signed at inception). Their total apathy for client services made this policy a waste of money and in spite of cancellation they still feel entitled to *****ulently dip into your bank account.
