I'm writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration with Nissan Melrose. After purchasing a vehicle from them, we discovered several issues that weren't disclosed prior to sale, including:
- Faulty inside light - Boot shock issues - Alignment problems causing uneven tire wear on the rear tires
Although the dealer initially addressed some of these issues, they refused to fix the alignment problem and its consequences on the tires. I've taken the vehicle back to Nissan Melrose for repairs, but they're unwilling to resolve the issues. I'm not collecting the vehicle until all problems are fixed.
Concerns:
- Nissan Melrose sold a vehicle with undisclosed issues, making it not roadworthy. - The dealership's refusal to attend to these issues despite being informed. - Lack of transparency and accountability.
Request:
I urge the CEO of Nissan to intervene and address my concerns. I'm currently paying for a vehicle I don't have use of, and I'm seeking a resolution to this issue. I intend to explore legal options if the issues aren't resolved.
Extremely dissatisfied with the service and experience.
