It is with Great sadness to share my experience with Nissan Melrose .I took my car in for service on the 20/08/2024, it was my first time using them .In the afternoon i received a call that my car was ready for collection i had cash with me that i wanted to use for payment ,Mr Idris M( service adviser) told me that they don't accept cash as method of payment since the pandemic (covid19) ,i must go make a deposit to the bank and bring him the proof of deposit before he can realise my car. I then show him the notice board that was behind his seat that says cash is acceptable .He then stood up and erased the cash payment wording using a making pen in front of me then told me that unfortunately his not going to accept my cash ,its there policy, he then continued entertaining another customer .I had no other choice but go to the mall that I'm not even fami**** with, look for FNB to make the deposit and come back with a deposit slip to him so he can give me my car keys. I will never take my car to Nissan Melrose ever again😒 .
