On 31 December 2025 at 07:21, I experienced a fault with my car on my way to work. I immediately contacted Renault Germiston for assistance, and Nonty advised that I bring the car in before 09:00 as they were closing early for the day. I rushed to the Germiston Service Centre, and upon arrival, Nonty ensured that my car was attended to promptly by a technician for diagnosis. She kindly asked me to wait while the diagnostic process was completed and directed me to the waiting area. While waiting, I logged into my laptop to continue working. Shortly after, Cynthia approached and, upon learning that I was waiting for my car, graciously offered me an office space to work comfortably. I truly appreciate the exceptional level of service provided by the team today—I felt like a VIP! A big thank you to Nonty and Cynthia for going above and beyond.
