I honestly don't understand how VW Menlyn Parts Department is still operating with the way they treat customers. Every single time I call, I’m either placed on hold for extremely long periods or completely ignored. I don’t remember a single time I’ve received proper assistance over the phone.
Even worse, while on hold, you can hear the staff casually chatting in the background, showing no urgency or intention to help. This isn’t just a once-off experience it’s been happening every time I’ve tried to contact them.
The manager also seems uninterested and mirrors the same unprofessional attitude, showing no real effort to resolve the issue or take responsibility.
This level of disrespect, lack of accountability, and poor service is unacceptable for a brand like Volkswagen. As a paying customer, I have the right to expect support, especially when it comes to parts and vehicle maintenance.
VW Menlyn needs to be held accountable for the service they provide and how they treat people. I hope this reaches the attention of someone who will actually care enough to fix this.
