I honestly don't understand how VW Menlyn Parts Department is still operating with the way they treat customers. Every single time I call, I’m either placed on hold for extremely long periods or completely ignored. I don’t remember a single time I’ve received proper assistance over the phone. Even worse, while on hold, you can hear the staff casually chatting in the background, showing no urgency or intention to help. This isn’t just a once-off experience it’s been happening every time I’ve tried to contact them. The manager also seems uninterested and mirrors the same unprofessional attitude, showing no real effort to resolve the issue or take responsibility. This level of disrespect, lack of accountability, and poor service is unacceptable for a brand like Volkswagen. As a paying customer, I have the right to expect support, especially when it comes to parts and vehicle maintenance. VW Menlyn needs to be held accountable for the service they provide and how they treat people. I hope this reaches the attention of someone who will actually care enough to fix this.
Dear HelloPeter Team, I am reaching out to report my deeply frustrating experience with MTN regarding their so-called "unlimited WiFi" deal for R399 per month. Despite being a month-to-month contract, MTN insists on debiting only on specific dates (3rd, 5th, or 7th), which is highly inconvenient and misaligned with standard billing practices. To make matters worse, when I attempted to make payments before the debit order date, I was still considered to be in arrears, further affecting my credit score. This practice raises serious concerns about the legitimacy of their billing process and customer service integrity. Additionally, I returned a router that was not captured in their records, yet they managed to cancel my contract. Despite this, I am still being charged for the device. Furthermore, when I visited the Menlyn store today to return another device and cancel the contract, they claimed I owed R147 without being able to provide any explanation, despite having made timely payments as required. This entire ordeal has caused significant distress, affecting both my financial stability and my ability to study online courses with my spouse, as the WiFi service is now unreliable. MTN appears to be taking advantage of customers by imposing unexplained charges and making the cancellation process unnecessarily difficult and confusing. Their pricing structure is inconsistent with the initial agreement, leading to ongoing confusion and unnecessary financial strain. I believe these practices are not only deceptive but also detrimental to customers' financial stability. MTN is **** hiding behind their lousy and *********** consultants who are as rude with bad attitude just like the brand. It's really disappointing to see how quick it is to get a contract but to cancel it is impossible. I had 2 month to month routers which were billed incorrectly and now I'm stuck with their arrears which I no longer even have their routers cos I sent them back as advised and was told all is well but here I am sitting with R1600 which I cancelled for. How come it is only MTN that do debit order on a month to month contract? even VUMA doesn't even take anything from you if you don't want to use it just like DSTV account. MTN is really ****ed up cos I earn more than R20k but I don't qualify for even a mere R50 contract. I'm writing to Hellopeter simply because I'm very frustrated as a family man who wants to make sure his children have what they ask for from their father but this ****ty company with so many low ratings in terms of reviews all over the review sites. They are not even worried cos they only care about their profits even if it's ***** cos it's really ***** what they are doing. I don't remember anyone saying positive things about them to prove my query is valid and it's no longer funny messing with people's credit records. I'm sick of being too kind for such a selfish company.
Today on the 10th May 2024 i went to Chris Hani Crossing to apply for credit card and the lady who was assisting me has always been on her cellphone until i left. She was very rude and didn't even look at me as her face was forever on her cell phone. What annoyed me was when i asked what my username was and she told me"I sent you an OTP why do you ask me silly questions now whilst she was busy on her phone, i had to just leave because she had no interest in assisting me at all. I can identify her anytime, she didn't even have a name on but I know she wears glasses. African bank is the only bank where it's employee behave like they are high school learners all over the country. It's such a shame that you going to look down on me with a stinking attitude as if you don't have any problems in your life. Just because you saw my account bleeding doesn't mean you should disrespect us. It's always the case with all banks. Do you want millionaire bankers or what
<p>i went to Thembo-Khwezi Shoprite in Khayelitsha on friday the 17th to book for a flight ticket when i got to these rude, bored and racist cashier, it seems to me that you must be fluent in their language as these good-looking lady by the name of Nangomsonkosi Msebi (as per her name tag-cashier by the Kiosk). the lady didnt show any sign of customer s****s as she was just bored with her hand on her chin and not even active, she spoke to me in a way that i told her that i wont report to any of her managers as they have mercy for thier staff even though they are ruining the name of this great store. she just failed to look for my flight according to the times but to her iot was an impossible thing to do. how do you spend such a lot of money as if you are forced to pay at Shoprite. this store isincredible but everyone is always complain about Shoprite staff especially in Cape Town. i dont need to explain to anyone why i use English to communicate with them. such rudeness and bad behaviour is not condoned!!</p>
