Do not buy from VW Mcarthy Parow

Terrible experience.

Do not buy a car with them. To be fair do not buy any VW car.

They were suppose to do a basic diagnostic check to see if my car was fine after being damaged when ****** (VW are the most ****** car in the country, as I subsequently found out and thus you will pay massive premiums) but all they do is plug a pc in and check. No actual physical check.

None of the electronics on the steering work.

Then when you query it with them they are rude and speak over you, they don’t let you speak at all, and they tell you it’s not their problem.

Their service is shocking. They will treat you like a piece of garbage.

You call and they drop often. And times when you do get through you get put through to obnoxious representatives (ones you didn’t ask for) who blame you. I am still waiting for them to call back.

It shouldn’t matter to me whether it is an insurance claim issue or a warranty issue. Fact of the matter is this is a brand new car and it is not how it was before damaged. We had to do the diagnostic check before taking it to repairs. You should have noticed the issue. But nope, they cut corners as much as possible to do a as little as possible.

Their staff are beyond rude and unhelpful.

VW are the most ****** car in this country and your car will be ******, broken into or whatever, and parts ******. You will pay massive premiums because of this, and when your car is ******, or broken into (it will) you will wait for weeks for parts and at the end of the day receive a subpar car back.
