Pathetic customer service from PARTS department, reception staff

Zero help from the parts department, only excuses and excuses but no real service or assistance! Gregory - you wasting your time with this guy Ariffa - cannot convey a telephone message totally unhelpful Parts Manager cannot even offer an apology yet they messed up. I was told that if I need to replace the rubber trailer plug cover which cost under R100 from elsewhere i would need to purchase a whole new towbar from them which costs way over R5000.

Bunch of time wasters, really!
