Vodacom is quick to respond to the compliant on hellopeter but they DO NOT RESOLVE ANYTHING!!! I am still waiting for something to happen, its been 2 months and promises and lies. They appointed a company to resolve the issue, who turned out to be hoplessly useless. Call centre called Rewardsco were supposed to communicate but they failed Person there who needs training is Nolwazi Mazibuko Wake up vodacom, you will lose business. Big giants can go down if you drop the ball, remember Blackberry remember Nokia. Be warned.
Vodacom is at it again! Several call for cancellation. Sudden dropped calls when they realise you are not willing to renew frustrating you for another 30 minutes and doing the same. This is daylight *******. Contracts have reached full term of 24 months but its impossible to get them to cancel. All they want to do is retentions or ***** your money for months on end!
Cell C are thieves! Unjust debit order charges charged to my account yet it was their error and incompetence. How sad even corporates resolving to stealing. Blatantly refuse to accept their errors and credit my account. My honest earned money that you steal is only fire in your belly, beware.
I was NOT informed that there was an EXTRA charge for my shipment, when I enquired about the wherabouts of my parcel, as I had not recieved any email or sms or call people like TREVOR Griffin and Maswazi Nkosi tried covering their tracks. I have always used OXC and the courier guy as i run several businesses and i am an online trader. Say bye bye to my business. If I was informed beforehand then I would not feel like I am being ripped off! Make matters worse everyone covering their tracks yet they know that they never do their jobs competently. Sad indeed
Zero help from the parts department, only excuses and excuses but no real service or assistance! Gregory - you wasting your time with this guy Ariffa - cannot convey a telephone message totally unhelpful Parts Manager cannot even offer an apology yet they messed up. I was told that if I need to replace the rubber trailer plug cover which cost under R100 from elsewhere i would need to purchase a whole new towbar from them which costs way over R5000. Bunch of time wasters, really!
This is a dangerously dodgy company when it comes to attention to detail and admin. Pathetic useless consultants who cannot think further than their noses. Tamerra Chetty robot consultant was supposed to email me confirming corrections on my account? Previous to this all the correct information was sent to the company yet they still cannot get it right 3rd time??? Useless, wondering if they will get it right should my car get stolen???
I was promised after my last Hellopeter review that I will be refunded for the billing for lines that were past their 24 month expiry dates for the last 3 months that I tried cancelling them. Andrew was the guy I spoke to on a lengthly call and he made a million promises and disappeared into the world. When I placed my last review I mentioned his name together with the many others that I spoke to in the cancellations department. Low and behold "ANDREW" called me back and assured me, probably after pressure from seniors, and now Made the same PROMISES AND LIES AS ALWAYS. AND NOW ANDREW HAS DISSAPEARED LIKE MAGIC AGAIN!!!! He called me from this number 0822759810 which does not exist if you try calling it or messaging it. Where is my credit/ refund as promised??? Why are my contracts still running(the ones that I requested to be cancelled) WHERE IS ANDREW??? WHY IS THERE ONLY CONTACT FROM VODACOM IN REPLY TO HELLOPETER REVIEWS....damage control??? I cannot understand why and how Vodacom a once trusted corporate entity has now stooped so low to ROB struggling subscribers raping them of debits not due to them. WILL THE REAL MAN "ANDREW PLEASE STAND UP" and answer?? Come on guys this is not on.
Contract cancellations are made impossible. I have tried cancelling lines that are past their expiry date for the last 3 months. This is what they put you through Cancellation dept is their renewals They have to put you through takes forever They tell you their systems are off line They then tell you that they don’t have access to your account on the old system. They will call you back - NEVER HAPPENS HAPPILY THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY THATS NOT DueTO THEM LEGALLY And the cycle continues. If you decide to resolve this review I want a credit passed for all the debits that you took unlawfully from me!!!! I liken Vodacom to a ****** who takes advantage of the helpless subscriber. Let’s see if I can get your attention.
LOOKS like this buds and tracker incentive is a total farce!!! I even subscribed to the insurance. The previous review cries about the same thing!! Plan of action is to return this ****sung device to vodacom since they have not honored what was advertised! Leslie Gamede is the escalations guy who assured me a whole lot of promises and LIES. I still await TezlyN Dupont and Sinawo to call me hours have passed. Normal story no managers available when the @rap is hitting the fan. How low can your service levels go? DONT FALSE ADVERTISE WHAT YOU CANNOT HONOUR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Vodacom is making it very difficult if not impossible to cancel contract lines that have reached their full term. I was on a call with their cancellation department after they still billed me 3 months after going to a store in PMB vodacom Alisom communications at Whiiteways in Victoria road. The contracts were cancelled by the store manager Arnold and he confirmed this before I left the store. Months later I am still being billed and when I went back I was told it was a system error. SO WHAT HAPPENS TO MY MONEY???? When I went back i was told that i now can only cancel by calling the cancellations number. My point is I got the contracts from a store why should I be referred to a call centre???? I called the call centre spoke to MASILO for 36 minutes and he could not send a written confimation in the form of an email to confirm cancellation, asked for senior personnel and was left further on hold for almost an hour and then the call was dropped. MASILO was asked at the beginning of the call to call me back if the call is terminated, That NEVER HAPPENED. Vodacom is raping me of my hard earned money and I stand here helplessly!!!
