A concern message

Their service is poor and they make false promises I cancel the policy with them and they did sent me something which says the policy is canceled and they said I'm gonna get a pro rata refund within 3 days but up to this far they didn't do that but what surprises me is that today they go to my account and do debit order for the same policy i cancelled with them
