Pathetic quality and service

Most pathetic ,ever seen ,and so are all the guests arriving ,with comments like it just gets worse.

Broken toilets ,only fruit -4 apples ,only margarine -no butter ,variety is pathetic ,scramble eggs -rock hard -no water bottles only . Seats filthy at 7h00 in the morning What an utter disappointment ,is this what we can expect from bidvest in the future, - shocking As a regular traveller it is slowly getting worse and more disappointing every time .

What is it worth ,of still having this option if this is what you get
