MOST PATHETIC SERVICE – WOOLWORTHS I am a Woolworths Black Card holder, spending over R30 000 per month, and I am appalled by how Woolworths treats loyal customers. Your Difference app failed to load over R5 000 in cash-back vouchers. I submitted screenshots and proof. I requested the vouchers to be emailed. Woolworths refused. How many other customers are quietly losing money because systems don’t work — and Woolworths refuses to fix it? This is not premium service. This is not customer care. This is arrogance and disregard for customers. If this is how top-tier customers are treated, one can only imagine how others are treated. Terrible ,Pathetic service for the past three months ,I had no joy trying to sort out my Cashback that was taken away .I have been a black card customer for the past 10years ,but since they changed their app ,they cancelled my more than R5000 in cash back .Is this the way Woollies want to increase their profits by *****ing form customers ,if it was done to me ,how many thousands other customers money was ****** in this way ,absolutely unacceptable to be treated in such a way and to be given the runaround for three months.
After paying Discovery Health for over 20 years, I was hit with a R12,500 “out-of-network” penalty for a procedure done at Paarl Mediclinic — the only facility with the specialised equipment needed for the operation. Despite making it clear that this was not my choice, but a medical necessity, Discovery hid behind fine print and twisted their own policy to avoid paying. Their clause says “should the member elect to receive treatment outside the network” — but I had no choice, as no other approved hospital could provide the required care. It’s a disgrace. Discovery will use any trick in the book to dodge responsibility — even when health and safety are on the line. After two decades of loyalty and premium payments, this is how you’re treated. Beware. Loyalty means nothing to Discovery — only loopholes matter.
Has Italtile become so complacent that customer service is not as important as making money ,I oredered a size tile that was not in stock ,I had to pay to get the tile from another branch ,but wait it will only be delivered to the branch although I am paying for delivery ,and then I need to pay for delivery again to get it delivered to my property -shocking .Rather shop elsewhere and get the customer service that we as customers are suppose to get .
PUBLIC BEWARE , Pam Golding is scheming customers out of their hard earned money ,by adding ******** penalties to accounts that was already paid the previous month on the 27th.It is really pathetic that such a national company will stoop so low, after numerous emails to collections2@pamgolding.co.za ,no response . Check your accounts carefully ,they are getting away with this ******** scheme.
Most Pathetic Takealot ,couriers lying saying ,not getting hold of a customer and then I dont get my delivery. Arrange with reliable couriers and not these ****s lying and not making an effort to sms the client and arrange a convenient time.
PUBLIC BEWARE ,MOST PATHETIC HEADPHONES ,had to return and then they do not accept any responsibility ,battery just died at any time very unreliable .Pathetic service
PUBLIC BEWARE ,they are not the reliable company they were a year ago.What an utmost disappointment ,I have done business with Onedayonly for the past 5years ,and never have I had the excuses so much regarding an incorrect delivery to be returned and credited as now. Bought a dark laptop bag ,it arrived as Tan ,which I immediately called and logged for return ,but Keagan keeps giving me the runaround and excuses. DONT USE ONEDAY ONLY RATHER GO TO TAKEALOT ,THEY DO IMMEDIATE CREDIT AND RETURNS.

REALY PATHETIC TO SEE A CHECKERS STORE BEING SO UNORGANISED AND A DONT CARE ATTITUDE WHERE CUSTOMERS ARE A NUISANCE ,VERY SAD
Be Careful Discovery dont refund ,I have made a booking more than a month ago ,and cancelled ,month later still awaiting my refund ,Pathetic . Be careful public ,dont book through Vitality they **** you
