I am writing to express my concern regarding the poor communication I have experienced with your service department. My vehicle was brought in for servicing three days ago, and aside from an initial update on the first day, I have received no further communication regarding its status.
Despite multiple attempts to follow up via phone calls—where the receptionist has tried to connect me with the service advisor or controller—I have not received any clear answers or updates on whether the service has been completed.
This lack of communication is disappointing and falls short of the level of service I expected. I would appreciate a prompt update on the status of my vehicle and clarity on when it will be ready for collection.
