Good Day Trust this email finds you well. I am really unhappy and ****ed off because of what happened yesterday at Toyota N1 City.Took my car in for a service, forgot to remove the money that was in the holder between the seats. I only realised yesterday after I did my nails and had to pay, the money was gone. This is telling me that Toyota N1 city has "*****S" working for them. I immediately reported it to Gillian who was my service advisor yesterday.She advised that she will inform her manager. This morning I went to Toyota N1 City and I completely understand that the manager can't just blame anyone. But the ones who were working on my car should know what happened to the money. It is a R500 not a R5.The manager is now advising me that he can't do anything. I mean really now???? One of your clients was ****** with a R500 by your staff. This is unacceptable. I hope this email reach the right person. I WILL NEVER EVER MAKE USE OF TOYOTA N1 CITY AGAIN.
