Good Day Trust this email finds you well. I am really unhappy and ****ed off because of what happened yesterday at Toyota N1 City.Took my car in for a service, forgot to remove the money that was in the holder between the seats. I only realised yesterday after I did my nails and had to pay, the money was gone. This is telling me that Toyota N1 city has "*****S" working for them. I immediately reported it to Gillian who was my service advisor yesterday.She advised that she will inform her manager. This morning I went to Toyota N1 City and I completely understand that the manager can't just blame anyone. But the ones who were working on my car should know what happened to the money. It is a R500 not a R5.The manager is now advising me that he can't do anything. I mean really now???? One of your clients was ****** with a R500 by your staff. This is unacceptable. I hope this email reach the right person. I WILL NEVER EVER MAKE USE OF TOYOTA N1 CITY AGAIN.

Good morning all I've been with Santam for more than 3 years. And this is my first claim. I'm being treated like I'm busy with insurance *****. I received a call yesterday from Werner of which I made an appointment to meet with him tomorrow. But I'm sorry I will not meet with him. He called me yesterday and said his bakkie is broken. Does Santam only have one bakkie? And I need to meet him at the Santam branch in Bellville. I'm sorry but cancel the claim and cancel my insurance that I have with Santam. I'm not a *****ster nor will I ***** insurance claims. Leave everything and please cancel this with immediate effect. I will move my home insurance to Discovery. PLEASE PEOPLE DON'T USE SANTAM RATHER USE DISCOVERY. I will call Werner today and advise him that I won't come in tomorrow.

Dont sign up with this people. They pitch everything to the t but when **** hit the fan they dont respond or help you. Promotion was pitched for R295 but they debiting twice the amount.
This place is disgusting. Their services very bad. I booked 2 weeks ago for the 1st August, spoke to Neil the Manager. I confirmed with me that the place is booked for the 15 people I asked. On Saturday the 31st July I went to La Rocca in person to confirm if everything is still in order. The waiter Kenny said everything is still perfect for Sunday. We got there sunday. The place was never booked and they let us wait. Without saying anything to us we left. They havent even apologize. I will put this all over social media. La Rocca and their staff are disgusting, with the manager. I won't recommend anyone to go to La Rocca for a family lunch or do bookings with them they not reliable.
Please do not take out any contracts with Telkom. They full of stories when you have a query and need answers coz they can't do their work right. Please stay away from Telkom, rather go to MTN, Vodacom or Cell c. Telkom is stealing from people and lying to their customers. They full of lies and stories.
I just had it with MTN. This is a ****en ridiculous company. Scammers. Can you please cancel my contract with you the ***********. Never solve queries. Still has not received feedback from my previous query. February you guys has not debited my account. I phoned in now asked to cancel my contract with the number *********. This lady is telling me that if she cancel this now. I will loose the data on my phone now but I have paid for it. ***. This a scam company. I will report you. On social media everyone will know about MTN.
