Bad service
I recently visited the Beirfassl in Nottingham Road KZN and an unpleasant experience due to poor service and utter rudeness from the manager. I expected professionalism and assistance but instead encountered dismissive behavior and lack of concern for customer satisfaction.

I recently visited the Beirfassl in Nottingham Road KZN and an unpleasant experience due to poor service and utter rudeness from the manager. I expected professionalism and assistance but instead encountered dismissive behavior and lack of concern for customer satisfaction.

Disappointing German experience.
We headed out to the snow on 21 September.We also invited friends from Howick with a family of four. Six adults. We tried to book a table. Whatsapp was read and acknowledged.Albeit a rugby weekend, we were made to stand the entire game and were never looked after in terms of a table. Three tables were booked and one big table's party never arrived. We felt very neglected. The staff overcrowd the floor with little service. Food was a letdown too. Rather take Tiroler Groslt off your menu if you don't know how it is made.Rather disappointing experience and we won't be back in a hurry.
