Despite me being a repeat customer I have been struggling to get refund for a kettle I returned and paid for the return. Reason for return was that the handle had literally melted once used on stove. I have a previous kettle from them, and that handle was still perfect despite years of use. They changed the material the handle was made of it and it was not suitable for use. I made the agent Olga aware of this and after numerous emails and whatsapps finally got info to return it to them on 24 April and despite numerous whatsapps and calls to Olga I am still awaiting the refund. I spoke to a John yesterday as I was tired of getting nowhere and still awaiting his return call to me despite being told I would be advised. Its now nearly a month and still ...
