READ OR ASK ABOUT A RETURN POLICY BEFORE YOU BUY!!!!

I am quote busy and dont always have time to get to a Big Blue store. I bought a dress, and didnt wear it, and returned it before 30 days. So i got here at Big Blue Clearwater mall, and the lady said she can only issue a voucher as 14 days have expired for a return. But when I bought it, no sales person told me if I am not happy and want a refund to return it within 14 days. I was so upset. So I am just notifying those who dont know,....AT BIG BLUE, IF YOU WANT TO RETURN SOMETHING, MAKE SURE ITS WITHIN 14 DAYS! 🤦🏽‍♀️ I WILL DEFNITELY NOT SHOP HERE AGAIN AFTER I USED MY VOUCHER.
