Utterly disgusted by the service received today for admissions at Life Flora hospital
TRY CLOSING AN ACCOUNT!!!! I have been trying to close my account with Discovery Bank for months now. Paid up my balances, asked them to close the account. They dont tell you on the phone call that you need to respond within a certain time on email to ensure account is closed. So I thought, after paying my balances on account, I logged a call for closure, the account will be closed! BUT NO!!!! Then 2 months later, again bank fees!!! Now, only in Dec, they told me on the phone call that I have to respond on the email, pay the outstanding balances that accrued again, due to them not closing the account. Now I have to pay R1160.31 before 17 Dec to have it closed! I am so upset! And I am defnitely not banking with Discovery again. DONT GET TRAPPED PEOPLE!!!!DISCOVERY IS JUST GONNA MILK YOU FOR EVERY CENT!!!!!!!!
I am quote busy and dont always have time to get to a Big Blue store. I bought a dress, and didnt wear it, and returned it before 30 days. So i got here at Big Blue Clearwater mall, and the lady said she can only issue a voucher as 14 days have expired for a return. But when I bought it, no sales person told me if I am not happy and want a refund to return it within 14 days. I was so upset. So I am just notifying those who dont know,....AT BIG BLUE, IF YOU WANT TO RETURN SOMETHING, MAKE SURE ITS WITHIN 14 DAYS! π€¦π½ββοΈ I WILL DEFNITELY NOT SHOP HERE AGAIN AFTER I USED MY VOUCHER. I have 2 contracts with Cell C. One for my handset and talk time and 1 for data. My contracts came to an end on 15 September 2024. It was a 24 month contract. I have received several calls to upgrade my contract. I said no thank you. When the contract expires on 15th Sept, I dont want to continue. Now I am billed for the full month, withou any of benefits, of which I was suppose to still have until 15 Sept. And the new data contract started on 15 Sept, of which I am billed pro rata, to be paid in October 2024, which I agree is correct. But why charge me data for 15 days that I will not be using, as I am using the pro-rata data. Now where is the logic in this???? This is DAYLIGHT *******!!! I have canceled my contract, and will defnitely not take out a contract at Cell C ever againπ‘π‘π‘π‘π‘π‘
