Big Eazy worst bike company

I bought a 2016 BMW R1200GS from The Big Eazy Customs and after 1400km the bike broke down. This was in November. It is now June 2025 and I still don't have my motorbike back. At first I gave Johann Claassen the benefit of doubt and allowed sufficient time to repair this motorcycle. I have however come to the conclusion that he is fabricating stories to delay I don't know what and every week it's a new almost done just finishing off story. I then was made aware of his history, and it was shocking to learn that many consumers have been down this path. I can no longer in good faith believe anything he says and will be filing a complaint with the Ombudsman. I am also seeking legal advice and will use whichever route to find a resolve. I should have listened to advice from other bikers but fool me twice...enough is enough.
