Johann and His Lawyer sent me an agreement to repay the deposit on the bike that I bought for my son in April 2024!

The agreement stated he will refund the deposit and interest in full. Including a "gag" clause that I am not to discuss any particulars of the agreement with the media or make the agreement public. Probably due to the interest from The Devi Show regarding Big Eazy's Custom Bikes.

I am sure you can guess what happened, the agreement was not honored.

I will thus further my fight publicly. Making available any and all agreements for publication as well as on social media. "Just telling my story". Perhaps even lay ******** charges, seeing that the order by the Motor Industry Ombud was not comp**** with as well as the legal agreement signed between us.
