BAD RECRUITEMENT ETHICS PRACTICED

I am writing this on behalf of my mother She was promised a job and was at training the last week at Big joes in hartebeesport, they had asked her for everything inclunding her banking so she subsequently resigned from her previous job, and today she recieved an SMS for Renier saying that she didn’t get the job. Upon calling to find out why Renier said it’s based on a test that they have written and send to head office only to find out that there is no test, Renier has since blocked us and told us to contact head office

Please assist our mom now doesn’t have a job And we want to know if this is how BIG JOES with such a good reputation treats it’s employees and what criteria is used to hire new staff
