For a great deal of time I have been an avid supporter of your product, but to my dismay today upon purchasing your product at PICK N PAY Mall of Africa, I nearly consumed what looks like a bud/Stone from one of the cans, kindly explain how that came about, dnt your products go through a quality check?
The worst service by a mile, yesterday we requested a trip to garankuwa from kliepfontein the driver accepted and it was debited, when he got to the pick up point he asked if we had cash for the trip to which we said it was debit and he declined the trip, to our dismay the money got debited and it hasnt been brought back into my account I have since logged multiple complaints and the money still isnt back into my account, we had to ask friends to help us with accomodation and sleep and we are stuck here coz that was the only money we had to go back home and the kids had to be at school today, no one from uber has contacted us,my complaints havent been attended to. I am writing this on behalf of my mother She was promised a job and was at training the last week at Big joes in hartebeesport, they had asked her for everything inclunding her banking so she subsequently resigned from her previous job, and today she recieved an SMS for Renier saying that she didn’t get the job. Good day .. please note after the long haul the ups and downs and after I have given everything to the store, today I was told that I had to book in my console out of warranty .. this is trully bad for Game as a brand I shall fight this through until justice is done ..there is no way I will pay a cent for that console to be fixed whilst its your incompetency that cost my time
Game at Mall of Africamy patience is wearing thin, my playstation broke during lockdown, I then reported as soon as the restrictions were lowered at that time they told me they are not booking anything as their systems are down..It has been 2 a half months To my dismay their systems have been back for weeks now and they still havnt booked in my device, innitially they said I needed to bring the console so that they can take the barcode, as I did not have a reciept I did that and they said they will log a call They said that they will call me to bring the device and the call I got was that they cant find my device as and I had to bring my bank statements to show when the transaction took place and I duly obliged to which they called infact I went there to check how its going Its been two months, and I keep goin there to check, the other day they said they couldnt find the barcode the one I got on the system is wrong ..how though when they are the ones who sold it to me . They needed my card number as well and I gave them, now they say the dates, On the bank statements are wrong how so when it shows when the purchase was made? They then got the correct barcode and now its the same problem again I cant book in coz the date provided on the bank statements is wrong
