For a great deal of time I have been an avid supporter of your product, but to my dismay today upon purchasing your product at PICK N PAY Mall of Africa, I nearly consumed what looks like a bud/Stone from one of the cans, kindly explain how that came about, dnt your products go through a quality check?

I am a regular consumer of monster energy drink and as of this week, I am sad to say the quality and potency of the drink has been greatly reduced. I will rather move back to Redbull as my preferred drink of choice. I am not sure if this is a money-making scheme in order for consumers to purchase more of the product for the same results as the normal original product. not happy

I purchased a Monster energy original flavor. What I received was unexpected!!!! The contents were not the Original flavor. The flavor is too sweet and oddly taste like a vanilla. I think the wrong flavor was put in the can. So disappointed.

Very disappointed in the 4 packs cases of monster energy drinks , I'm a regular monster drinker and my household consumes at least 3 to 4 of these drinks a day, so I was very disappointed when I purchased 3 cases at the macro in montague gardens western Cape and came to find a 4 pack with empty tin its sealed and closed , I have the recipes but it's far to drive back to makro from where I stay, this is also not the first time this has happened it seams that their cases regularly comes with problems either empty or deform or lack of gas in the can as if it was standing for too long. This was a bad batch buy 😕 honestly so sad.

Good day I bought 4 pack of monster energy drink ultra red on the 31 Aug 2023 at a Spar West Park in Pretoria West. drank one and put the others in the fridge. I only noticed last week that one of the tins is empty, but it is still sealed. which means I bought 4 but one was empty. I still have the tin with me, but I don't have the receipt. I am a loyal customer to the monster energy drink. I purchase them daily. However they have left me with a sour taste in my mouth due their lack for good customer service. I purchase several monsters on weekends especially however I found that my can had a deform if some kind after opening a few, some where light in weight compared to the 2 I opened however I didn't take my receipt and the garage refused to exchange them as they advise me that monsters return policy was slow. Not finding joy I contacted the company monster via email and the advised me they will deliver me my return after requesting several pictures of my cans. However to date no replace has come. Very sad that all these years I have been supporting and sending money on a brand that is self centered. In this day and age the cost of living is so so high and we still get ripped of with rich brands daily.

Monster Energy have advertised a MotoGP competition of the last few in stores. I have tried to enter to two occasions to only find out the competition is closed. They have poster and a stand advertising the competition with the store
