This review is entirely based on the Buffalo courier services in cape town. My 3rd order from Shein took a while to get delivered due to the JHB hubs lack of communication, as a manager that closely works with all types of couriers and courier drivers I know delay in responses to parcels can happen often due to the volume of orders coming through daily. I waited patiently for my parcel and tried not to worry. And today the Buffalo driver Aiden called me to deliver my parcel, I was happy but express my concern as I wasn't at the address of delivery at the time. Aiden was amazingly helpful and went above and beyond to deliver excellent service of delivery for me , he planned to start his route earlier just to fit in my delivery, he called me again to state he was 5 min from me, giving me the opportunity to meet him on time, he greeted me with a smile asked me how I'm doing he was friendly helpful and I have never in the 6 years of dealing with drivers had someone who gave customer services with such elegance, Aiden thank you so much, I appreciate your work ethic and you have left a big positive impression on a client today. I'm proud that people like you exist. To Cait thank you for taking my call and thank you for being friendly and having such a warm personality that makes someone comfortable to approach and talk to. I appreciate your assistance and your honesty. I wish the absolute best for you both and I look forward to working with you guys again, you have given 100 out of 10 service. From 1 happy client!!!!! Very disappointed in the 4 packs cases of monster energy drinks , I'm a regular monster drinker and my household consumes at least 3 to 4 of these drinks a day, so I was very disappointed when I purchased 3 cases at the macro in montague gardens western Cape and came to find a 4 pack with empty tin its sealed and closed , I have the recipes but it's far to drive back to makro from where I stay, this is also not the first time this has happened it seams that their cases regularly comes with problems either empty or deform or lack of gas in the can as if it was standing for too long. This was a bad batch buy 😕 honestly so sad.

This is a horrible bank i went this morning to open a account as they where closed on Saturday when arriving a lady stormed me at the door and with an attitude said \yes! what you want"not even greeting me i proceeded to tell her i need an account she sayd she wanted to see my id and told me i cannot get an accout as im a white person absolutely horrific i told her she was racist and left. The same thing happened to my fiance when he was living with his sister they told him the documents that he had will not be sufficient because hes not married to his sister wtf! Whats wrong with this bank they have bad attitude and they are racists and want customers to marry their siblings to get an account this is horrible it disgust me that such people work here and its all due to the bad HR system because this is at almost every single incompetent bank aka capitec we where better off without this bank on the brighter side absa bank helped me within 5 min and they where friendly all my documents where passed thru successfully maybe you can learn from them in the future <br> <br> Bad regards<br> <br> """
