I am a loyal customer to the monster energy drink. I purchase them daily. However they have left me with a sour taste in my mouth due their lack for good customer service. I purchase several monsters on weekends especially however I found that my can had a deform if some kind after opening a few, some where light in weight compared to the 2 I opened however I didn't take my receipt and the garage refused to exchange them as they advise me that monsters return policy was slow. Not finding joy I contacted the company monster via email and the advised me they will deliver me my return after requesting several pictures of my cans. However to date no replace has come. Very sad that all these years I have been supporting and sending money on a brand that is self centered. In this day and age the cost of living is so so high and we still get ripped of with rich brands daily.
