I original purchased my furniture at Russell Port Shepstone Aiken Street in February 2025 and to date have not been given my portofino 3 piece lounge suite in good quality. Firstly my furniture was delivered 4 weeks after I made the deal and paid the deposit. However I waited but from day one this company has broken their part in this business deal. They delayed the first delivery as they has excuses that their stock was coming from the warehouse in Kokstad yes 4 weeks from Kokstad to Port Shepstone. My dad drives daily. Then came the lounge suite being delivered in terrible quality, I reported it and they took another 2 months to replace with another suite which was also factory reject clearly as it has no armrest in the 3 seater. Then after months of fighting the collected them for "inspection" on the 8 September 2025 yes months later and I'm still paying but for broken sofa's which now I do not have. I'm currently sitting on the floor in my lounge and watching TV. I had family over this weekend after months of moving into my new residence without my lounge having seats. This company is ******* and soon will be dealt with as they continue to sell factory rejects at extremely high prices. The management is terrible as rules come from the head and if they really care about south African customers they would have replaced by now. Now they want to repair those factory rejects and bring back to me at full price and a whole R10999. They have no customer service. If you as a customer do not want to be ****** by this company dnt bother giving them business. This is my second review and yes they do not care. They have my money. Now they state it was damage at their warehouse not a supplier damage however Russell is bring only God knows when back my broke set back.
Long over due thank you and you are the best, goes to the Mfa online store. This was my second painless experience with them. I'm over the moon as the honestly proved to me that their products and the service is worth every cent spend. The service team Buhle and Waheeda are just simply the best at keeping the customer well informed and pleased. My second purchase was abit complicated as I purchased a birthday gift for my mom and had it ship directly to her hassle free. And guess what she didn't receive any invoice as per my request. Mfa online store paid this possible. As well because this was my second purchase I receive a gift from they a 5% discount surprise card for my next purchase. Thank uu Team. Thank uu for packing every package tailored for a customer needs.
On behalf of a client who asked me to write this review as they are not getting any response from this company. I am a customer to Russell's port shepstone store. I purchased furniture for my new home. And from day one Russell's has not kept to their part of the detail. My main issues is that to date I have not received my lounge suit in a proper state. I firstly waited for about 5 weeks after I paid the deposit to have the first set delivered from Harding as they do not keep stock at the store but sell the product. When I received the first set they where damage and then after again long wait of weeks I was delivered a second set which also the arm rest was suppose to have foam but ours it's just board. This lounge suit product code 10291705001 is a problematic item however is sold at R10999. I have paid a deposit and paid every installment to date however this companies turn around period for fixing issues is never. They make deals that are one sided and by saying that I mean, it's a deal that benefits them only. I want to change this lounge suite altogether if uu can not give me a good set. I have been nice for too long and ur company has only taking advantage of my soft nature and that I am a young customer. Uu are robbing the customers by taking their monies monthly without giving them a product valued at the monies uu are receiving. Uu are a useless at keeping ur side of the deal. My salesperson was only able at getting commission of me now, now I'm paying for a broken product and can't still have people over because of ur product. Please stop selling ******* at high prices.
Good day. My last invoice partly delivered to me by ur delivery guy was invoice no 7490196828 script number 7490011996. I came in on the weekend and purchase my meds and I did want a med that was on special for R36. 99 and I couldnt buy it as I was buy other pain pills for my mum. I was told by Nomonde to give the delivery guy when he delivers the cash as she was going to have sent me those pills. I think the was tension pain tablets for R36. 99. My child gave the driver the money but the pills was not given to her and not delivered to date. He did tell her he was not made aware of this and will take the money to clicks. I am new client to buying online as I wanted to try to buying bulk and having it delivered because it seems convenient for the middle working class. However I'm completely dissatisfied because firstly I received my tomatoe sauce short and now no one will be home to receive a delivery as I planned my first delivery during a school break so my kids could receive it. I only receive the courier notification yesterday for a delivery for 1 tomatoe sauce. And also I didnt even no it was despatched short as my kids packed everything away before I got home. Secondly pricing on your website is off as how can 1 tin M baked beans 410g be worth R67 in this country economic state. A complete *******. I sent emails and no has contacted me. I feel this buying online is a catch for us.
I am a loyal customer to the monster energy drink. I purchase them daily. However they have left me with a sour taste in my mouth due their lack for good customer service. I purchase several monsters on weekends especially however I found that my can had a deform if some kind after opening a few, some where light in weight compared to the 2 I opened however I didn't take my receipt and the garage refused to exchange them as they advise me that monsters return policy was slow. Not finding joy I contacted the company monster via email and the advised me they will deliver me my return after requesting several pictures of my cans. However to date no replace has come. Very sad that all these years I have been supporting and sending money on a brand that is self centered. In this day and age the cost of living is so so high and we still get ripped of with rich brands daily.
I am disgust with my trip to your local garage in Margate. TotalEngergies Kingfisher garage as they have special which is not put on the system and once you pay the price is the old pricing and not discounted. I went to the garage and bought Maynards which was suppose to be on special but wasn't because I took one 60g and one 75g. I then asked the cashier to refund and give me the special and she went and got the rudest person. Even the other cashier saw how she treated me. So to ask for a refund is a problem. This woman is rude and should go dig a hole and sit in it. I will make sure everyone knows about your bad service and how you treat people.
I'm actually writing about Kwik Spar Margate. I went to this store as it was recommended by my daughter as she purchases lunch from them daily at their Deli and she always has great stories to share about their very friendly staff. Yes their store has the most helpful and friendly staff however it is extremely disappointing that it the very own home brands that is terrible. I purchased a 1kg spar brand chillies polony as this was all I could find at the time which was the 7 October 2022. I'm extremely upset as the polony is rotten as the expiry date isn't visible. The polony quality is fair below terrible. I have purchased alot of home brands from spar but this polony should be discontinue all together. It have fine pieces of bone in it and as you eat it, you will be splitting out little bone pieces. It taste like old oil not chillies polony. For a spar brand this product is disappointing and should be discontinued all together. Sad that I will never buy a spar brand again or even recommend it to anyone. I'm extremely upset as this polony not only spoilt my meal but made me sick with vomiting.
I received a loyalty card for their loyalty program from the store in Port Shepstone oribi plaza in 2020 and the teller added my details and used the card so I can collect the points from their loyalty program they speak soo highly about however customers, its lies. I have been filling fuel as well twice a week and yesterday I email Arlene from their customer care to find out why isn't my point reflecting as I should have alot now. And she told me this card was last active in 2019. REALLY..... REALLY???? I did not own the card in 2019. Now I lost out all those points as till slips fade fools cause she asked for them but isn't saying sorry or what they are going to do to the points I lost now as this is their fault. Clicks are liars there loyalty points program is misleading us and is using us for nothing. And there isn't anything cheap at the store cause I bought there just to collect the points. But what alarms me is the other cashiers never told me it was not registered as Arlene now says the card is not registered. Companies like clicks should be on national television so everyone should know yourll lies.
I am terribly disgusted at Pick n pay oribi plaza in Port Shepstone. At one stage this was the only store I would support and shop at but now this store is a complete nightmare. It seems like they are selling cheap quality products at normal prices and I have been taking it and bearing the lost. In this day and age we can not afford to keep accepting losses for the rich. I purchase meat from them on two occasions and it was off. They do not check their fridges and products. The meat was stinking so much that I could get the smell out my home for days. I then bought two roast chickens and they where uncooked inside and now I buy a AIM kettle red at the end of March and it exploded now in May. Really, really your store is ****. Yourll advertise specials but once at the store its out of stock and we get a rain check ticket which means we must use more petrol to travel again to your store. You should be ashamed of your store. Even the service there is terrible. It should be called pick and pay but we rob you to pay your hard earn cash. Thieves I'm **** of yourll and your terrible products and rude staff. Fix this store.
