am writing to formally complain about the poor service my wife experienced on 06 February 2026 regarding Route Pretoria to durban via Kimberley.
My wife boarded the bus at Ladybrand garage at approximately 21h40. Shortly after, the bus broke down between Clocolan and Ficksburg. Passengers were left stranded for almost 4 hours before a replacement bus arrived.
As a result of this breakdown, she was left traumatised and shocked.
I expect a higher standard of service and proper maintenance of your vehicles. She was supposed to be in Durban at 6h30 but she arrived at 12h00 pm. They did not even offer them anything food or drinks as compensation even an apology
