Bad service not value for money.

I have emailed them the very same night I was on the bus, up until now no respond.

The service is very bad the bus in comfortable. We have been given a bus that was not check before leaving for departure. They couldn't get any gears we got stuck on a robot in Bloemfontein we couldn't move at all, I was with my child in that bus driving with them for the very first time. Bt never again!!

Plus the drivers had asked me for money but my child was sitting on my lap and she is under 2,bad bad very bad for business
