I have emailed them the very same night I was on the bus, up until now no respond. The service is very bad the bus in comfortable. We have been given a bus that was not check before leaving for departure. They couldn't get any gears we got stuck on a robot in Bloemfontein we couldn't move at all, I was with my child in that bus driving with them for the very first time. Bt never again!! Plus the drivers had asked me for money but my child was sitting on my lap and she is under 2,bad bad very bad for business Bus number:856
This company is so unprofessional ************* and unreliable, they cannot be trusted.. Worked with this woman called Petunia at the Pretoria branch she has no way to work with clients she is not consistent and one can not take her word for it.. Please dnt consider working with them they bad for business!! Imagine the landlord and u agreeing to things then this agent steps in and changes everything just to let u knw u dnt qualify bt the deal was basically done, she cannot be trusted
I had the baddest experience ever on this bus I paid over R500 for my ticket just to have ****roches running up and down as if they are employed the bus was totally unhygienic and very unpleasant from Pe to Pta just imagine killing ****roches the whole of my trip I have pictures and everything now they just want to say SURRY
As a loyal customer that has been using intercape bus for years now they are denying me to travel alone with my twins which is under 2 the consultant (sharon) told me straight I need to get someone to travel with me as I won't be allowed alone on the bus with my kids as I told her my situation this is so so bad for customer service I'm so disappointed this is a disgrace and is **************
