I have placed an online order with Big5 Cookware. According to Big5 Cookware my package was collected by Internet Express couriers in 21/12/2022. According to the courier the package was never handed over to them, Big5 Cookware promised to look into it, but I have not received ANY solid feedback other than they will look into it, from them. Big5 Cookware simply responds that they are closed (even though according to the website they are open) and that the package will be delivered (when? Christmas 2024?) In the mean time I have thrown a lot of money in the water on an order I'm not going to receive as both Big5 cookware and Internet express couriers denies accountability - if something goes wrong with an order it becomes the customer's loss as there is a complete lack of responsibility and accountability on the side of Big5 Cookware!
