Blue Label Connect contacted me in May 2019 to offer me a cellphone contract which I accepted for an amount of R 299.00 p.m for 24 months I do have the Debit Order agreement that states the R299.00 p.m I noticed that they have an additional debit order of R 329.00 that is flagged at First National Bank as Non-Reversible. FNB advised me that this type of reversal must be claimed from the service provider, when I contact them the number has changed and the name is now Bigworld Mobile and I cannot get through pass the automated voice switchboard. They contacted me to offer the contract upgrade I did in 2016, I have been waiting for over 10 minutes multiple times and get disconnected from the switchboard automatically after the wait. This company is dodgy, they are wolves in sheep skin and First National Bank is also to be blame as they cannot allow such debit orders on their client's bank accounts
