I lost an item in one of my Uber rides with Neo on the 5th of November 2025, and Uber was unable to resolve the issue and find my item back in the time allotted, but just as I was about the send a negative revie,w the driver contacted me and arranged to return my item. Thanks to the driver and Uber, although it took 5 days
I ordered the Ryobi handheld DIY *****driver online for store pickup and didn't realise that Cash Converters meant it must be collected at the selling store, which was in Victory Park, Gauteng. The manager of the store Tshegofatso contacted me to collect but quickly realised I was in East London, EC and contacted head office, which advised him I pay for the courier cost to my town. Just before I cancelled, he offered to pay for the courier, as the manager of the store and my order was delivered in record time and in great condition. That's excellent customer service and care. I appreciate the extra mile he went through to ensure I come back to make a purchase.

I am currently under debt review with Debt Counselling Group South Africa since 2015, and I recently discovered that they are deducting money for my Buffalo City Municipality account, but it is not reflecting on the municipal bill. I have written DCGSA and the Registered Payment Distribution Agency DC Partners email correspondence for 3 weeks, to which they have yet to respond. I have every right to know what is going on, and it's been 4 months since my account has not been paid. I am very unhappy with the service from both companies.

The consultant Sibusiso Ncambaca assited me speedily , he was very knowledgeable about their offering and he made the chat easy and transparent as expected. No unnecessary confusion and I was fully informed and satisfied at the end of the conversation. Excellent customer service and engagement 🙏
I have submitted a reimbur*****t refund claim to Affinity for an Out-of-hospital specialist visit on 22 November 2024. I received confirmation on the 10th of December 2024 that the claims have been completed and will take 30 days to be finalized. I have contacted them since and was told that the claim is in its final processing stages. The 30-day processing lapsed on 21 February 2025 and still, they are preaching the same "The claim is in its final processing stages" Nikita told me that they have started making use of an external service provider to disburse these claims and have been experiencing delays and there is a backlog but it can be fast-tracked but I have not received that option.
