DISGUSTING SERVICE

My wife and & I had lunch at the Bihari Restaurant in Newlands Cape Town, we have been frequenting there for a number of years but on Sunday it was disastrous, the table service was disastrous, the food was to the table was cold and took forever, the order from the bar was not what we ordered, sent the food back it was returned all burnt, not a waitron around to complain and finally spoke to the manager with no response, wrote them an email to highlight their short comings and received a reply to say they were busy and were sorry, how is that for customer service, there customer service is shocking and will not be going back there, there are many Indian restaurants around Cape Town and their food is equal or better than Bihari, was the worst celebratory lunch we have ever had Gitendra Kassen
