Appreciate the Effort to Resolve the Issues

After a frustrating experience with delays and miscommunication, I’m updating my review to 4 stars to thank Bike Kings for delivering my helmet this morning, 9 January 2025.

A special thank you to Daniel, the Sales Manager, for stepping in and ensuring my helmet was delivered promptly after all the setbacks. I truly appreciate the extra effort he made in sourcing the correct size from one of their competitors to resolve the issue. This level of service made a big difference and has restored my confidence in the company.
