Horrible service from online store

Horrible service received, bought a Ls2 helmet the first time, and i asked if i can send it back but i already changed the visor so i mailed them and i received no response. So i thought since i already opened and replaced the visor they probably won't take it back so i bought another helmet from them. I have not received any feedback on delivery so i mailed and i send a message on facebook on an update on delivery, and they still do not reply. Horrible service, and i still wait for my helmet which has already been paid for
