Great Service from Daniel
Very good service from Daniel. Miscommunication from emails, but everything is sorted. Doing everything to find the best helmet that suits me.

Horrible service from online store
Horrible service received, bought a Ls2 helmet the first time, and i asked if i can send it back but i already changed the visor so i mailed them and i received no response. So i thought since i already opened and replaced the visor they probably won't take it back so i bought another helmet from them. I have not received any feedback on delivery so i mailed and i send a message on facebook on an update on delivery, and they still do not reply. Horrible service, and i still wait for my helmet which has already been paid for

Builders is Awful and please beware of them
So i ordered boots 3 weeks ago from builders, and still have not received it, and not even feedback, i emailed and they took 3 days to replay and they only phoned to say they will find out what is wrong, and still nothing, they are pathetic and very cunning, i will never order anything from them online, now i do not even know how to get my money back rather because they do not reply, so they ***** peoples money

Oukitel SA is AMAZING
Products is amazing, i have had my smart watch now for a couple of months and its amazing, i do not have to charge it every single day like the expensive samsung smart watches, this is value for money and you will not be sorry

Oukitel South Africa is a ****
Very Bad experience with Oukitel. Ordered a watch from them and it has been more than 2 weeks. Everytime there is an excuse. First they told me they are moving warehouses and then they told me they were out of stock and yesterday the lady promised me that the parcel will definitely be shipped and i even have proof of the mail. I am starting to think oukitel is a ***** company so please be careful people. This watch has been bought thru payflex as well and they need to be informed that this is a ****

Oukitel SA is AMAZING
Just bought a Oukitel Bt10 smar****ch from these guys and man this watch is awesome, and the service was absolutely fantastic and fast. This watch is amazing for the price with a super long battery life. Be sure to visit Oukitel SA site they also sell Rugged phones. i will be doing a video review on this watch on tiktok for people that wants to see. Maybe i can twist Oukitel SA's arm to send me a rugged phone to review.

Beware of Incredible Connections
I ordered a phone and a day later they phone me and says they only have a demo available and i said it is fine. Then they told me a demo is not looking good and the will rather refund me, so then the lady says they can not refund me because i have to send proof that the account i paid from is mine. It has been days now i send the proof already and emailed them to ask what is going on and they just ignore me so basically they are stealing my money now. They are absolutely pathetic

Takealot has Pathetic Service
So i ordered something one takealot and i wanted to cancel the order. They told me that i have to wait for the out for delivery sms and then i must email to cancel so i did and they told me the package is already delivered and my wife signed i phoned my wife and she has not received anything so they falsely used my wife's name to say it has been delivered which is against the law and she wants to take further steps and this is day 2 and still trying to sort out the problem and get a refund, but all they keep telling me is they will escalate the problem since yesterday now
