Online service not nearly as good as it used to be.

Seems like the online service is going backwards...

Bought a few items in store and online, and online service was always excellent.

Latest order not so much. No feedback on delayed order unless I phone to ask for feedback, and then I am met by a bit of an attitude on the phone call.

Once this last order is fulfilled I will probably buy elsewhere going forward.
