Unacceptable behavior

1. I have purchased a flasher relay, received a started solenoid 2. I have purchased Big boy Velocity 10mm mirror set, received a TSR mirrors 8mm 3. The handlebars are rusted, no I will not accept rusted parts

Emailed them with photo's on Friday 16/02/2024, with no response, also phoned them several times, eventually they answered there phone and promised they will make a plan and will let me know within 30min. They never did. phoned them again on Monday morning, I just started asking about the order that was wrong and before I finished I was told "o yes the rude one" What nonsense is this? You send me the wrong parts, you make empty promises, and you are rude to me verbally!!!
