Beyond expectation!
Walking in, welcomed like a long lost friend. Sharing knowledge and just being beyond awesome. And did I mention the stunning prices. They rescued me with a wheel and axle for my bike... at halve the price quoted me by a local shop. I would absolutely recommend them. All they need now is a beer garden :)

Waiting for order to deliver
My first 2time that I ordered products from you guys online it was 1 clutch lever and a chain that was good service I waited 2 weeks for it and that was good service. Now about 4weeks back I ordered again just a clutch lever and now I am waiting for 4 weeks now I asked about 1 week ago on whatsapp how far is my order and all I'm getting is will sort this for you yes I know not everything is running 100% every time but please keep you customers updated of there orders and what is happening. I'm staying in KwaZulu-Natal and I will keep on supporting you but if you drop me again I'm done won't support you again.

Waiting for order to deliver
My first 2time that I ordered products from you guys online it was 1 clutch lever and a chain that was good service I waited 2 weeks for it and that was good service. Now about 4weeks back I ordered again just a clutch lever and now I am waiting for 4 weeks now I asked about 1 week ago on whatsapp how far is my order and all I'm getting is will sort this for you yes I know not everything is running 100% every time but please keep you customers updated of there orders and what is happening. I'm staying in KwaZulu-Natal and I will keep on supporting you but if you drop me again I'm done won't support you again.

Unacceptable behavior
1. I have purchased a flasher relay, received a started solenoid 2. I have purchased Big boy Velocity 10mm mirror set, received a TSR mirrors 8mm 3. The handlebars are rusted, no I will not accept rusted parts Emailed them with photo's on Friday 16/02/2024, with no response, also phoned them several times, eventually they answered there phone and promised they will make a plan and will let me know within 30min. They never did. phoned them again on Monday morning, I just started asking about the order that was wrong and before I finished I was told "o yes the rude one" What nonsense is this? You send me the wrong parts, you make empty promises, and you are rude to me verbally!!!

Bike Parts Online - Thieves
I ordered and paid for spotlights for my 1190R Adv they arrived but I was not interested in fitting them, Francois (Working there at the time) said that they sell a lot of these and would contact me once sold. Francois did sell it but I never received my money, after mailing them, phoning them and a personal visit I've had no joy. They have NO integrity. Francois still lives on the premises from which they operate in Midrand. Stay away if you can

Bike Paperwork never arrives - charge you 10% to Refund
Extremely Poor service - Sells bikes without paperwork (not legal), demands a deposit only to find out the paperwork never arrives. you then request your deposit back and then they knock you with a 10% "handling/admin fee", This has not only happened to me but a few people i have spoken too, in one case it has been 7 months and still no sign of paperwork. nobody that works for this company can give direct answers. Best advice - Stay as far away from them as possible, bad service like this will get a company trying to compete online nowhere

Pathetic service
Bought motor from them after the machanic fitted the motor there was a noise in the motor so phoned them and they said to take the bike to there machanic he said there is someting wrong with the valves so i took my old motors head so he can fit it to the new motor i bought for 7.5k. A week later ge said the crank is broken so bike parts obline said he must take out motor. Ouoa from bike parts said that they have new motor but price is 15k and 2.5k for fotment tjen i wil have guarantee i paod the 15k and he said it wil take 3 days to compleet and i need to pay 2.5k once i pick the bike up. My bike has been standing there a week and when i phoned this morning oupa don't know about the 3 day so he gave the phone to the manager. Tgis guy was so vosy over the phone and when i wanted to speak ti the owner he said he was over seas. He told my friend he is going to take the motor out and throw my bike in the street and that after i paid 15k to them. Now they need 2 bolt but the bike was taken fron there machanic to them and the one bolt is on the cover off the engin so the motor not compleet. That whole shop who strip bikea for living don't havevthat two bolts i think it is to buy time because my bike not finished. The service ia pathetic!!!!

Pathetic service
