Last month the lady that is doing our payments was admitted to hospital so payments were late. For that reason my debit ordit did not go off so i phoned fnb and ask them to let the debit orders bounce i will explain to everyone that it was out of my hands because of Covid. Fnb did sent back the debit orders immediately and therefor i had to pay over 3k bank charges as they are trying to make more money by not sending it back the first day. I think its very unprofessional. Im moving all the business over to Capitec from now if this is hiw FNB stabds together with there customer's i will move my business account and they will never see me again
Every month they take the bank charges on the 24th and every month i ask please change it to the 1st as this is when i get paid now they want to itc me but its there fault. No wonder everyone is changing to Fnb
Paid for sim swop 3 months ago still not done but paying 1k a month for the contract. Sent maiks to the Manager in Mall@Reds said he will sort it out quick but still not sorted and also i asked 4 times to review my pricing as it was not correct. The service are pathetic

One of your cliebts drove into one of my cars before lockdown we got police AR number everything and the client confessed she was wrong. I sent my car for 4 qoutes client said i must sent it to Santam. Got a Lady Rosinah working on yhe claim but don't get any feedback or Results from here. Absolutely Pathetic service from Santam
Verlede naweek het ons begin trek omdat ons Dinsdag moes uitwees in die huis waar ons gebly het. Die mense wat ons Saterdag gehelp het het die tv laat val en sy skerm gebreek. Verder 3 uur Sondag oggend het ons fone opgehoy update op FIND MY MOBILE en die mense wat ons gehelp trek het nie opgedaag vir werk Sondag nie. 3 fone gesteel. Het dit maandag aangegee. N vrou gebel en als opgeneem. Sy het gese ek moet die tv invat ve n report so ekt dit gedoen. N plek my gebel en gese hulle moet my tv kom haal ve report toe se ek ma hulle gese ek moet tv invat. Verseker toe weer gebel en gese ek moet Tv by hulle mense ingee al het die vrou gese vat tv in. Toe bel n Man en se nee kan tv los by die plek way ek hom ingegee het. 2 dae later bly verseker my ma bel wat ons mooi gese het ek moet gekontak word want sy is n inderwyser kan nie heeltyd foon antwoord nie en se ve ha dat die tv moet na hulle mense toe niemand gese die tv moet ingegee word nie. Die diens is pateties niemand weet wat aangaan in die plek nie hulle is meer gepla met wie bly in my ma se huis want vra dit heeltyd vir haar. So asof sy elke keen mense se name moet gee wat in ha huis oorslaap
I bought a 2017 Isuzu 2.5 X Rider double cab from my that bought it new in 2017. When i bought the Bakkie it had 36k kilos on it ans was still under warranty. The bakkie went for all the services with Isuzu as its still under Warranty. My last service it went to Williams Hunt Centurion on 76k and its standing on 83k odd kilos. I phoned them andbtold them that my car stuggles to go into first gear and that there are a noise when i pulled away. The guy said they did not work on my gearbox and diff so i must bring the car in on Friday as this was Tuesday and they are to busy that week. On Wednesday afternoon my bakkie broke and th AA came and they booked it at Centurion GM where bakkie was booked in. On Friday i phoned and the service advisor said its the diff they sent it to warranty and he said it full of water the diff. So i said how did they check the oil then on the service as they were supposed to do. A week later after i phoned 7 times and i sent one of my workers there the workshop manager phoned me back and said the diff is broken and there are dust in the diff the Warranty will not cover that as there are n small dent on the cover under diesel tank end that causes the breather pupe to broke. So i went there and the bakkie was still on the lift with my diff open. The oil was in a container under the bakkie so that manager thought i don't know anything about cars and tried to spin me alot of ****. First there was almost no oil in the diff. I realized i sent my bakkie for Dekra 1000 point inspection test on 36k kilos where they checked everything and sent report with fotos so i shaw that tha small dent was on the cover and that the bakkie had to drive 45k kilos and Isuzu never checked my diff oil if thats the problem that the manager tells me. So i asked can i please get my service sheet that they show that the service was done and all oils were checked no the manager is full off stories. I need that sheet as i will be taking it to Isuzu SA and the Ombudsman as i know they messed up and now want me to pay 22k to fixed my bakkie. And also my bakkie is used for my word so they will pay me for income lost also. The bakkie got 83k kilos on and i still drive with my original tyres on the bakkie i dont overwork my car now this manager thinksp he can bull**** me and tell me stories i got all my voice recordings where he think im stupid and the pics from Dekra to proof they charge for work and don't do it. I will never buy a Isuzu again
I have tried 100 times to phone about my 4000 voucher and still no one is sorting it or getting back to me. Samsung is the worst company ever and the cliebt service are pathetic
I have 3 Explora decoders i lived in my house for 2 years now and moved to a new house last week. Everything is exactly the same as the old house with the 3 decoders i first phone 20 time to get all 3 my decoders working. I pay 1124 a month to DSTv now that all 3 are working my catch up is gone so i phoned in again and now they say i never had catch up but for 2 years now everything was working perfectly. If this is not sorted before month end i will stop my debid order and then DSTV will never see me again
Pre ordered the note Ultra so was supposed to get 4k gift voucher only got 1k did phone in they said they will fix the problem there was a problem with the voucher till today still waiting to get the voucher every time i phone the said the person will phone me back who is working with my query. Absolutely poor service from Samsung
