1. I have purchased a flasher relay, received a started solenoid 2. I have purchased Big boy Velocity 10mm mirror set, received a TSR mirrors 8mm 3. The handlebars are rusted, no I will not accept rusted parts Emailed them with photo's on Friday 16/02/2024, with no response, also phoned them several times, eventually they answered there phone and promised they will make a plan and will let me know within 30min. They never did. phoned them again on Monday morning, I just started asking about the order that was wrong and before I finished I was told "o yes the rude one" What nonsense is this? You send me the wrong parts, you make empty promises, and you are rude to me verbally!!!
It's been months just to receive faulty products. Reported it to reliable then I needed to send a video and then they tell me that the product is fine. It is a motorcycle headlight and clearly faulty, not all the lights come on. All I can say is do you self a favor and stay far far away from reliable store, most unreliable store.
I have spoken to Sinazo after no response from the tickets that was logged, she do not want to assist with issue, she refuse to give me her surname and also refuse to give her job description and then she puts the phone down in my ear. My issue is still not resolved and they refuse to escalate the issue(2 x tickets logged), I can not browse or do anything on the internet, all dead because of there static ip accounts not working. Phoned axxess on the 19/03/2021, spoken to Seelan Jean-pierre that gave me every excuse in the book not to help with fibre that is not working. Then logged a ticket on the 19/03/2021 11am, and guess what, fibre is still not working on the 25/03/2021. Have asked for updates on open ticket but no response from axxess for days now. There service is the worst I have experienced in a very very long time.
Spoke to Matthew and Marc for a week now to resolve my account that is still not working.<br> <br> Since they switched over to there so-called new network my adsl account is not working.<br> <br> They are coming up with one lame excuse after the other.<br>
When I send a sms my phone shows that it is send but the recipient just never gets the sms.<br> I have spoken to Autopage a couple of times and all I get is the problem must be with recipients phone or they just hang-up.<br> <br> Now the thing is that I have tested with 10 different recipients so the problem must ether be my phone or the network, since my phone says that it is send it must be the network.<br> <br> Unfortunately autopage do not want to help.
