Poor aftersales service.

Bikeshop Rivonia offers a positive experience when purchasing a bike, with helpful and knowledgeable staff guiding you through the selection process. However, the after-sales service leaves much to be desired. Once the sale is complete, getting assistance with your bike or license becomes a frustrating challenge, requiring numerous follow-ups to receive any support. While they are eager to take your money, be prepared to advocate for yourself if you expect timely after-sales care. Overall, it’s a decent place to buy a bike, but the lack of follow-up service is a significant drawback. To date, I have not been contacted without following up first. I still don't have my bike registered or licensed.
