<p>I've been waiting for the feedback from Pulane Mrasi the agent who's in charge/responsible for my case ref: ********** 9 and ********** 7 but i didn't get any feedback yet from Telkom to remove the termination penalty from my bill statement instead they keep on sending sms for reference numbers ********** 3 , ********** 6, ********** 3 , ********** 4 , ********** 2 now i'm about to block Telkom account form my Absa Bank. will forward the case to National Customer Commission.</p>
