<p> ********** 7, ********** 6, ********** 9. As you deducted R1100.00 from my absa account but i didn't get any disputed amaount from my absa accountas they said so I'll receive it within 3 working days. now they charged me the Data of R390.26 while i'm 1gb from Telkom as part of the Free Me Deal Contract and 1gb for a voucher but they are able to charge me R390.26 for nothing of which i've to Block Telkom account from my absa account. Please note that i'm not uneducated and i know what usage fees should be and i do ready my billing statement so please if ever you're still willing to make business with change your ways otherwise i'm quiting now!!! this is the DISGUSTING Service from Telkom.</p>

<p>I've been waiting for the feedback from Pulane Mrasi the agent who's in charge/responsible for my case ref: ********** 9 and ********** 7 but i didn't get any feedback yet from Telkom to remove the termination penalty from my bill statement instead they keep on sending sms for reference numbers ********** 3 , ********** 6, ********** 3 , ********** 4 , ********** 2 now i'm about to block Telkom account form my Absa Bank. will forward the case to National Customer Commission.</p>

I gave my notice of termination of Electricity supply services on the 25th of September via email as i was vacating the flat i was renting. l followed up the termination with a phone call. l asked them if they were going to disconnect the electricity as it was still in my name but they told me not to worry about that as the bill would not be in my name from the date of termination. they also said they would send someone to take the final reading as soon as i was out. <br> <br> Since the day i gave notice i was supposed to receive my deposit back as my account was paid up and up to date. Since then i have struggled to get my deposit back, i have contacted their office several times via email and phone calls to no avail. l have just been promised that i will receive a final statement but i never did. Instead, i still keep on receiving statements that are billed in my name for the flat that i have vacated long back in September. <br> Please i need your help as these people have not been cooperating at all and surely do not want to pay me back my deposit. i keep receiving empty promises. <br> <br> My number is 0761997055. i have all proof of communication done in emails if this will be needed.<br> <br> Tsitsi

Good day<br> <br> The Billing Online company provides electricity plus water bills to residents in complex's around the Pretoria/Centurion area.<br> <br> The company provided incorrect statements siting that there was a month where payment was missed, which is not the case as surely the electricity supply would have been cut off.<br> I have since moved out of the unit yet they are unable to provide me with corrected bill where I can make final payment and receive both my letting deposit and electricity deposit.<br> <br> I have been sending emails to the company for a week and making calls to them daily, the final outcome was that there are 2900 units which they man and the query is active for all of them. Surely as a service provider you make the means and the efforts to sort out your technical error.<br> <br> There are other individuals who are in the unit and I do not know whether they are utilising units on my account or if I was disconnected as I had asked.<br> <br> I am not one to complain, however siting that there would be 2900 complaints on Hello Peter indicates that one should sit and wait rather than use their right to lodge complaints for bad service.<br> <br> Still waiting for an outcome.<br> <br> kind regards
