Pathetic service

Bin Rashied (Rylands) - Poor service with no regard for inconveniencing their customers...They've inconvenienced me on more than 1 occasion by giving me the incorrect order and have the audacity to tell me to bring the pizza back and they'll replace it, what about my petrol, time wasted and inconvenience????

They have absolutely no courtesy and get very defensive even when they are wrong. Their operating procedures are way more important than their customers
