I’ve previously claimed through Outsurance and received excellent, fast, and professional service. This time, I submitted a claim through my motor warranty plan, and once again they delivered. It’s always a pleasure dealing with them!
Poor service with no regard for inconveniencing their customers...They've inconvenienced me on more than 1 occasion by giving me the incorrect order and have the audacity to tell me to bring the pizza back and they'll replace it, what about my petrol, time wasted and inconvenience???? I was also told not to eat the pizza and to return whatever Is left, even if it is days later! I was hungry so ended up having to cook a meal instead. They have absolutely no courtesy and get very defensive even when they are wrong. Their operating procedures are way more important than their customers

Please be wary of purchasing from the Makro online store. After sales service is pathetic!! I logged a return for 3 outdoor solar cameras which were faulty but was only refunded for 1. It's been weeks and I am still waiting on a refund for the other 2 cameras. Don't bother calling the call center because you'll get the same useless feedback every single time. Same with emailing Makro support. Same ****, different agent! I've actually given up on getting refunded for the other 2 cameras. It's literally mission impossible because of incompetence.

I am so disgusted with Mr D's lack of etiquette. After a long days work I ordered Simply Asia and the waiting time was approximately an hour. After an hour I went back into the app to check the status of my order and realized that the status did not change at all. I then called the restaurant and they confirmed that my order was received and that they are busy preparing it. A couple of minutes later I received a message/notification saying that my order could not be placed and that the team is investigating'. I was furious as I waited and wasted nearly 2hrs! After letting Mr D know that I wasn't impressed, all I got was a sorry.....and it's 2 weeks later and I'm still waiting to be refunded! They wasted my time and inconvenienced me financially and all I got was a SORRY.
It's clear that takealot.com does not value there customers! They refuse to go the extra mile and fail to QA there items (from suppliers) before dispatching them. I've on 2 occasions bought a 5M USB LED STRIP LIGHT and on both occasions the incorrect items were delivered! I even went the extra mile and emailed takealot.com immediately after I placed my order asking them to please ask the supplier to check that its the right item before dispatching. They acknowledged my email but still SENT THE WRONG ITEM!!!! If suppliers do not have stock then they should update there website to reflect that and not give the customer an alternate product!!!
Excellent and fast service from Makro online store. I placed my order late on Friday evening and it was delivered much sooner than anticipated. By Wednesday it was delivered
Purchased a sofa through the MRP Online store and regretted it. The sofa that was delivered to me had a few small holes in it together with lose stitching and a manufacturing defect on one of the pillows. I lodged a return on the 23rd December and I'm still waiting on the courier to collect the item so that I can be refunded. I've followed up numerous times but received no response. The entire delay is a big inconvenience as I can't purchase a replacement until MRP has refunded for. I'm probably going to be waiting for months...
