My wireless internet services went offline on 29/12/2018. I have tried to log a call on the web interface, I have tried to phone their local branch, I tried to phone the number on the website and facebook page, I even tried to phone the owner. However, each time I get a voice recording that I have reached them outside office hours and that I should log a call on the web interface, but as I mentioned this doesn’t yield any results. I am not sure what to do from here except to go to the office personally (hopefully they open the door
